Overview
The agenda will offer an opportunity to explore the current support in regard to the skills agenda with a session from CQC offering an update presentation with an additional focus on workforce development. We will also be joined by representatives from some of the local skills improvement plan leads from across the region to update on development support available to care providers and the NMC.
Network co-chairs will be delivering an interactive workshop in the afternoon, again on the theme of skills development and quality improvement. They will explore practical examples of ‘cause and effect’ where learning has led to tangible improvements in performance, compliance and satisfaction.
The day will offer an opportunity of networking with peers and sharing learning, knowledge and best practice.
